Shipping/Payment Policy

Shipping methods
The delivery of the ordered products takes place within two (2) to five (5) working days from the date of submission of the order, to the address you have stated when completing your details with the courier company.
For shipping to hard-to-reach areas, the delivery will be made from the central store of the respective courier company in the respective area. The above does not apply in case of cash on delivery, where the parcel is normally delivered to the shipping address.

Shipping charges
3.70 up to 2 kg and 1.00 for each additional kg.
Free shipping for shipments within Greece and costs over 50 euros.
There is a charge of €3 only in case of cash on delivery. (for inside Greece)
For shipments outside Greece please choose payment by card. Please contact us to find out about shipping costs for orders outside of Greece.

Payment methods
You can pay for your order in any of the following ways:

● Payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express,
Diners or using the Masterpass e-wallet.

Our online store accepts payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.

● Payment upon receipt of your order at your location / Cash on delivery.
Payment by cash on delivery is subject to an additional charge of 3 euros
Note: Cash on delivery payment is not valid for deliveries outside Greece.

● Payment by bank deposit.
